WHERE CAN I FIND SIZING INFO?

Every product description includes a sizing measurement guide and detailed information about the fit, what to expect, and our suggestions for ordering up and down a size for different styles and fits. 

WHERE CAN I FIND FABRIC AND MATERIALS INFO?

Every product description includes detailed descriptions about the fabric and materials for each product. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW T-SHIRT?

We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low to extend the life of your t-shirt. (Do not bleach, iron or dry-clean your printed apparel) You may notice a slight vinegar type smell to your shirt when it first arrives which is normal and to be expected. Part of the manufacturing process. It will totally disappear with the first washing.

 

CAN I REMOVE THE TAG ON MY T-SHIRT?

Yes. We print primarily on Bella + Canvas premium t-shirts. The tags on the shirt are tear-away tags that will come off easily if you choose to remove. Other shirt styles arrive tag-less. 

 

ORDERING

HOW CAN I TRACK A PACKAGE?

After making your purchase you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email when your order has shipped and it will contain tracking information for your order. 

DO YOU HAVE A GROUP SALES PROGRAM?

Yes. For orders with 25 or more items. Contact us for pricing. 

 

SHIPPING

DO I REALLY GET FREE SHIPPING?

YES! Shipping is FREE! Enjoy free standard ground shipping on all your orders shipping to US addresses. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We print every order on demand which allows us to offer many different styles and designs and color options plus it is good for the environment. It usually takes 2-3 days to fulfill your order and then another 2-5 days to arrive at your door. During peak holiday months it can take 2-7days to fulfill your order. Always best to order early, especially at holiday times and with delivery carriers currently reporting longer shipping times, since we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. On each product page it will show (for U.S. shipping) the estimated delivery date range. 

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We print all our products on demand so that we can offer a greater number of designs, in many different size and color options. We will absolutely replace any items that you receive that are defective, printed incorrectly or damaged. If any items arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at info@gottapickleball.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Since we print your order on demand, we do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@gottapickleball.com. 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? OR REPLACEMENTS?

Customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items - we will replace those items and in the event a replacement is no longer available we will refund the item. If your item(s) are arrived damaged or are incorrect, please contact us at info@gottapickleball.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better please check out our sizing charts, fit information and sizing up or down suggestions we have listed for every item in our store in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@gottapickleball.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We be sure to send you out the corrected item.
